- The Small Arms Sustainment Advanced Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) will be held at the Isle of Capri Casino Hotel & Conference Center, 1777 Isle Parkway, Bettendorf, Iowa on January 17th, 2008 from 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm. The purpose of the conference is to provide small arms sustainment producers a roadmap of where the Army is headed in the next couple of years as well as projections of the amount of contract activity and business opportunities that we foresee. Representatives from Defense Supply Center Columbus will also be present to discuss business opportunities in support of Defense Logistic Agency small arms requirements. The Isle of Capri is easily accessible from the Quad City International Airport in Moline, IL and Interstates I-74, I-80, and I-88. A block of rooms are available at the Government rate of $70 + tax for both the 1 6th and 17th of January.
