- Rough Machined Carriers per drawing 11581480, Revision D. This solicitation will result in a requirements contract, base year plus 3 option years with a maximum of 450 each over the 4 years. Approximate dimensions are 7-1/2 x 14 x 7. F.O.B. Destinat ion. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry ASFI at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Water vliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your of fer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submis sion of an e-mail to: gerard.mangione@us.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information: CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone number. A TDP will be provided afte r the solicitation has been released to the Army Single Face to Industry website. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Tec hnical Data Agreement.
