- NAICS Code 561720: Provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and related services, including exterior cleaning and lawn and grounds maintenance at multiple buildings, i.e., Federal Building/U. S. Courthouse, B&M Bridge Border Station, Gateway Bridge Border Station, Los Tomates Border Station, Harbor Masters Building, Border Patrol, etc., in the Brownsville, TX, area. Contract period: April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009, with four (4) 1-year options. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on the GREATEST VALUE concept. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about December 20, 2007, with an anticipated receipt of proposals date of February 5, 2008.
