- Description
- SAIC-Frederick, Inc. in collaboration with NIAID aims to identify and sign a Manufacturing Agreement with a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) for the purpose of producing recombinant human interleukin-15 (IL-15) for both nonclinical and clinical studies using a mammalian expression system. The SAIC-Frederick, Inc. Quality Agreement will be required before project initiation. The clinical material must be made following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The CMO is also required to perform additional supporting activities such as manufacture and testing of a Master Cell Bank, in-process and product release assays, and stability testing.
