- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. In accordance with FAR 52.215-3 and 15.202(e), responses to this notice are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The RFI will be used only as a market research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources. The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for SDVOSB and VOSB, as well as Small Business firms that can provide Pre-Sort Mailing services. The Pre-Sort Mailing services company must furnish all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, work space and materials to provide mail processing service, utilizing Automation Compatible (Auto), First Class Presort, Full Rate First Class Permit, Presort Flats, Certified, International, Priority Express, Parcel Post and special standard mail. These services will be performed at WM S. Middleton VAMC, 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705. The NAICS Code 561431 applies, and the size standard is $6.0 Million.
