- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) number 08SQ6A0023. All quotes to reference the RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4 pm local time on 01-09-2008. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS code is 541350. The small business size is $6.5 million. Line item number 1 Buffalo Bill Dam Elevator remove the governor cable and replace with new. Shorten the car ropes as needed. Return the elevator to normal operation. Line item number 2 Alcove Dam elevator replace the gate switch and the stop switch. Return the elevator to normal operation. Line item number 3 Kortes Dam Elevator replace the bearing on the tail sheave. Shorten the compensation and governor cables as needed. Return the elevator to normal operation. FOR COMPLETE STATEMENT OF WORK please fax a request to Tonya A. Pittsley, at 307-261-5691 must include Tax Identification number and Duns and Bradstreet number. The deciding factor on this RFQ will be low price. Delivery date shall be 03-03-2008. FOB destination.
