Adeuate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complee data package including daa for the aproved and alternate part for evaluation. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 01/21/2008. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avilable. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. the total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
