- Description
- The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota has a requirement to lease two (2) each Semi-Tractors. Minimum specifications are: 445HP Engine or greater, 13-18 Speed Transmission, Front Axle Suspension 12,000 #, Rear Axle Suspension 40,000 #, Two 80 Gallon Fuel Tanks, Fifth Wheel Bracket Height 7.81 , Holland FW17 ILS Series or equal. A Full Maintenance Package to include: All Preventative maintenance, Full Warranty Repairs, Repairs due to normal wear and tear, Tire replacement due to norm al wear and tear and a loaner vehicle available at no charge to the Government, must be included in the package. Full specifications will be a part of the solicitation package. Lease will run for One Base Year and Three Option Years for a complete 4 Year Lease. The solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation W912LM-08-T-0004. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7513. The NAICS Code is 532120 and the business size is $23. 5 million. The Government intends to evaluate based on product information data submitted with quote and make award based on best value to the Government. RFQ W912LM-08-T-0004 will be available o/a 23 December 2007. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM CST on 15 January 2008 at the USPFO for Minnesota, Procurement Division, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173.
