Description

The United States Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for approx. 7 months (base year), plus 2-option-years for refuse collection at The US Army Corps of Engineers Harlan County Lake, located near Republican City, NE. The location and frequency of services will be on a fixed daily schedule that is based on seasonal demand. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide refuse collection a nd disposal for this Federal Property. The contractor shall provide, empty, service and maintain approximately 19 receptacles throughout the property. This includes 3-8yd3, 2-6yd3, 5-2 yd3, 2-1 yd3, and 7-96gal receptacles. Refuse from the receptacle s and dumpsters shall be transported to, and disposed of by the contractor at a State licensed landfill located off of the government property. All costs with this work shall be borne by the contractor. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 4212. The Small Business size standard is $11.5 Million. This solicitation is unrestricted. Bids will be accepted from all interested respon sible and responsive parties. The solicitation will be made available on or about 11 January 2008 through 11 February 2008.
