- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for cleaning services for Sutton Lake, Sutton, West Virginia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively bid, NTE $225,000.00. T he contract will be awarded for a base year with two additional one year options. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest balanced price. A pre-bid conference will be held on Feb 1, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at Sut ton Lake, Sutton, West Virginia. For directions, please contact the Project, phone 304-765-2816.
