- Description
- Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Western) has a requirement for annual winter survival skills training services, including snowcat and snowmobile safe operation and basic maintenance. Term of contract is anticipated to be one base year and four option years, one training course per year on a rotating basis at 3 locations in Wyoming and Colorado. Training will be held on the dates specified in the contract Schedule. The solicitation is issued under full and open competition. The solicitation (Request for Quotes/RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about January 2, 2008. Quotes may be mailed, emailed or submitted electronically as indicated in the RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated based upon the criteria stated in the RFQ. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Contractors may register at www.ccr.gov. DUNS number is required for CCR registration. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, January 24, 2008.
