This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract, base year plus 3 option years with a maximum of 450 each over the 4 years. Numbered Notes 1 and 8 apply. FOB DESTI NATION. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically acc ess the ASFI. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
