Contractor shall furnish management, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials, to perform general construction, alterations on roads, curbs, gutters, walkways, grading, drainage, landscaping and irrigation systems to include removal of existing site improvements adjacent to building 115 at the VA Facility in Boise Idaho. A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. Work will be performed outside of a functioning hospital environment, which will remain operational during the project duration. Solicitation documents, including technical specifications and project drawings, will be available electronically on or about January 18, 2008, at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors will search for solicitation VA260-08-RP-0084 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS.
