- The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center intends to issue a solicitation requesting quotations to provide all labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform snow removal operations at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan, 48442 in accordance with solicitation specifications. A complete Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation document that will be available on Fedbizopps on or about January 14, 2008. An official site visit will not be conducted. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the cemetery location, Monday through Friday during daylight hours, to view the site. Offerors will be required to complete and return all information designated in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ??? Commercial Items. Solicitation responses will be due in the Contracting Office no later than Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 2:00 pm EST. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 561790. The size standard for this procurement is $6.5 million dollars in average gross annual receipts for the preceding three years.
