- The Department of Veterans Affairs, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for the replace hot water piping associated with Project 558-07-101, located at the Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to; replace hot water piping and associated valves. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Bidding material/drawings will be available on/about January 25, 2008. Amendments/notices, if any, will be posted to the web. The web will be the only method of distributing the solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
