FAIR Act Function Code: S200 and S310. OMB functional description: Installation, Base, or Facility Management and Materials Expediter. Estimated in-house FTE: 22. Estimated dollar value of contract support likely to be included in the competition: $0.00. USCG Competitive Sourcing Official: Mr. Robert Horowitz. Contracting Officer: Ms. Sheila Leonard. Source Selection Authority: Ms. Kathy Volpe. Human Resource Advisor: Ms. Christine Reese. Agency Tender Official: Captain Brian Marvin. A-76 Study Start Date: 15 October 2004. Projected Solicitation issuance date: 18 May 2005. Expected contract type: Firm-Fixed Price with some Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Line Items.
