Description

REPAIR OF INSULATION COVER AND REPLACING BOILER STACKS WEATHER CAPS: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to repair the insulation covering on the three (3) boiler stacks from the ring above the transition to the boiler room ceiling. The scope includes removing the old weather caps at the top of the stacks and replacing with new caps in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 01/08/2008. A site visit is highly recommended and has been scheduled for January 16, 2008 at 11 am meeting at the Engineering Department. You are required to call the Contracting Officer to confirm your appointment.
