Description

1. 20 watt Fiber Optic Laser System with Modified Back Panel (self contained Class 3R Tabletop). Q-switched Fiber Laser. Computer/Laser all in one modular system. Flat Panel Display, Keyboard & Mouse to be included. Imbedded Computer system with Intel Celeron 2.40 Ghz CPU and 256 MB RAM, 80 GB HDD, integrated USB ports and CD-Rom. Windows operating system and Waverunner laser marking software. Text marking in any designated path. Air cooled (requires no special cooling sytem). Standard 115 V AC 20 Amp, Single phase, 20 to 80 KHz, 10 KW peak power, 1064-nm wavelength. Variable power settings: 5-20 watts. Typical pump diode reliability is greater than 100,000 hrs MTBF at 20 degrees C. 4.33 max mark field. System should include a built in opto-isolator to negate laser reflection. Capable of UID marking. Integrated motorized/adjustable table (which includes a 25 bolthole pattern which accepts 1/4" coarse thread bolts. Table Travel 13", table dimensions 13 15/16" X 13 15/16". Complete System dimensions 28" X 16 X 23 1/2". Complete system instruction manual. One day of on-site training and installation.
