- Vet vaccines are required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (MARC). All items are to be delivered by 02/29/2008. This acquisition is being conducted using commercial items best value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, quality, warranty, and past performance. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading on or about January 18, 2008.
