Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), number 101818Q161. This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332996. The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, other than on a construction or service contract, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 500 employees. The Line Items are: 0001) 1206 ea, Rails - 12 ft x 1-2/4 inch diameter, 13 gauge steel for Jack fence, 0002) 426 ea Jacks - 3 rail steel jacks, "new style" with caps, 0003) 24 ea Corners - 3 rail steel jack fence corners, 0004) 135 ea Extensions - steel jack leg extensions for steep slopes. Mfr. Liberty Company or equal on all items, Delivery: FOB Dest. U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, PO Box 111, 18 S. G St. Room 301, Lakeview, OR 97630. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items is applicable. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items at https://orca.bpn.gov/. The clause 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, is applicable, and the following additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable: 52-204-07, 52.211-05, 52.211-06, 52.219-06, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 52.223-03 Alt. 1, 52.223-06, 52.232-33, 52.232-36, 52.237091.
