- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), intends to award a sole source contract to Dr. Dale A. Bucks based on his intimate and in-depth knowledge to provide advice, counsel and direction for current ARS Programs dealing with the assessment, evaluation, and reporting of economic impacts and benefits of ARS research and technology transfer activities at regional and national scales for water quality, water availability and drought, irrigation and drainage, and watershed management.
