Description

The 48th Contracting Squadron will be soliciting for Hospital Aseptic Maintenance Services (HAMS) in the near future. The contract is expected to begin October 1, 2008. The Contractor shall provide medical facility housekeeping services at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Feltwell, United Kingdom. A draft Performance Work Statement and square footage information will be posted after January 22, 2008. The Contractor shall provide, except where noted, all personnel, management, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, support, transportation, services, and other items necessary to perform complete Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) HAMS at the hospital facilities indicated. Employees will be subject to a Host Nation Agency Check for base access. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The hospital cleaning standard is the Joint Commission International Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Hospitals (CAMH), available for purchase at: http://store.jcrinc.com/JCRStore/SearchProductAction.do.
