Description

The National Capital Region, National Park Service plans to solicit fixed price proposals from firms with extensive experience in developing promotional processes for medium to large law enforcements agencies to include federal law enforcement agencies. Outcomes of the development of the promotional process will include the conduct of a job task analysis for ranks being assessed; job task related (validated) written examination, in-basket exercises for all ranks being assessed, Assessment Center Exercises (2 to 3) for all ranks being assessed. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code for this project is 541612. The estimated range for this project is between $100,000-$200,000. This solicitation will be available at http:ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about 23 January 2008. TELEPHONIC REQUEST FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments.
