Description
The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit for services associated with the international requirements of the United States and the foreign countries participating in the Security Cooperation Training Program (SCTP)/Security Assistance Training Program (SATP) for the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA), Pensacola, Florida. NETSAFA supports international training in all warfare areas and at all levels of training for foreign countries. This is accomplished by staffing, operating, and managing international training support provided at NETSAFA's international training sites located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida and Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Milton, Florida and to provide training and training support services in Navy activities such as government-owned contractor operated facilities. NETSAFA's international training sites are currently operational and have established curricula. The scope of these tasks include educational, training, engineering, technical, logistics, administration, management assistance, consulting, facilitation and transportation support services. These services may be required in various locations in the U.S. or in foreign countries and may include support to foreign governments with formal and informal schools and courses, mobile training teams, and mobile education teams under the auspices of the SCTP/SATP.
