Description

Repair and Upgrade the Gunner's Control Handle, NSN: 1290-01-076-6865, P/N: 12283113-1 to the latest configuration, NSN: 1290-01-428-2547, P/N: 12283113-3. Requirements are 175 Each, Gunner's Control Handle with one option for 100%. FOB is Destinat ion. For use on the M1A1/M1A2 Abrams Tank. Estimated issue date is 10 October 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be prvided. Vendors wishing an electronic copymay downlaod it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aair.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/indes.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested par ties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to t he date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render you bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. This solicitation is restricted to Real Time Laboratories, LLC 990 S. Rogers Cir Ste 5, Boca Raton, FL 33487-2836 and HR Textron Inc. 25200 W. Rye Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicitated.
