- The purpose of this modification is to clarify the belt description, to change the delivery date from 25 January 2008 to 30 January 2008 and to decrease the quantity in CLIN 0002. The attachment of the sample belt drawing will be uploaded; however, you can request samples by e-mailing or calling Carmel Sanchez, 719-526-3837; or e-mail carmel.sanchez@us.army.mil CLIN 0001 changed from Physical Training Safety Belt Length 22 to 54 , Width: 2 . The 2 inch wide elastic belt adjusts from 22 inche s to 54 inches and fastens with a plastic quick release buckle. Belt features a silver retro-reflective band between two neon green fluorescent bands. Silver band has black lettering that says WARHORSE and black drawing of the 4ID patch insignia. The insignia drawing is located approximately 2 inches from the buckle on the non-adjusted side. The lettering is 2 inches from the far side of the insignia, further away from the buckle; quantity 3,800. TO Physical Training Safety Belt Length 22 inches to 54 inches, Width: 2 inches. CLIN 0002 changed from Excellence sleeve cloth sleeve the same color as the belt that slides over the 2 inch wide belt and can accommodate the sewing of a 2 5/8 inch diameter patch; quantity 3,800. TO Excellence sleeve cloth sleeve the same color as the belt that slides over the 2 inch wide belt and can accommodate the sewing of a 2 5/8 inch diameter patch; quantity 380. The closing date is extended from 11 January 2008, 4:00 pm MST TO 15 January 2008; 1200 pm, MST.
