Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITIUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation number is W912JD-08-T-20004 and is being used as a Request for Quote (RFQ). i. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clau ses are whose in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. ii. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 423610 with a 500 employee size standard. iii. CLIN 0001 Contractor shall provide the following: 2 EACH Siemens #1MJ04052XE42 100 HP, 3600 RPM, 460 Volt 405TS Frame Explosion Proof Motor. Model Number 3-5109-LR9330-1. Exact replacement motor only. No substitutions; name brand only. iv. Delivery will be to Bangor Air National Guard, Bangor IAP, ME within 70 days of issuance of the purchase order. Prices should include delivery to Bangor, ME. Offerors must provide warranty information specific to motor. v. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated an d will remain in full force in any resultant award.
