- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the OH-58D CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY Input NSN: 5998-01-423-2747, Input P/N: 8521307-903 and 8521307-902 Output NSN: 5998-01-423-2747, Input P/N: 8521307-903 and 8521307-902 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 11 and a maximum of 1 15. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance with the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 2 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 180 days ARO. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the re quired items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed or by mail ONLY. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Re gulation (FAR) Part 15, Negotiations . PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATAFAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
