The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is General Dynamics Armament and Technical Produc ts, Inc., 4205 Westinghouse Commons Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273. This solicitation does not have a Technical Data Package (TDP). This announcement is for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FA R 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
