Description

The U.S. Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) intends to award a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the Programmable In-Line Encryption Device (PIED), with a designation of KGV-72, which is a Controlled C ryptographic Item (CCI) device that provides cryptographic processing in support of classified communications for the Force XXI Battle Command Brigade & Below (FBCB2) Blue Force Tracking (BFT) system. The PIED devices will be integrated into the Network O perations Centers (NOC) and fielded to US Army and US Joint Services BFT equipped platforms (ground, air, stationary). This requirement is for the production, testing, management and related support services of the PIED. The PIED will be acquired on a Fir m Fixed Price (FFP) basis and the testing, management and related support services will be acquired on a Time & Material (T&M) basis. First Article Testing is required for any successful offeror. The Government intends to award using Lowest Priced Techni cal Acceptable (LPTA) Best Value procedures. Solicitation number W15P7T-08-R-B205 has been assigned to this action. The U. S. Army CECOM LCMC has established the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry , to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Invitations for Bids (IFB) from the CECOM LCMC to Industry.
