- Description
- A Draft Performance Work Statement is released for a Computer Software Analysis and programming and Patch and Test Facility Services for the 552d Communications Group (552 CG) at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. Please be advised that this PWS is merely a DRAFT at this time and various changes may be included in the final Performance Work Statement once the RFP is released. The DRAFT PWS is provided to give companies an overview of the overall services to be requested. IT IS BEING EMPHASIZED THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, it is very IMPORTANT that interested companies review the DRAFT Performance Work Statement and attachments and take this opportunity to submit any comments or questions in writing via FAX or email. The requirement includes providing computer software analysis and programming to maintain and develop software applications following the 552d Computer Systems Squadron (552 CSS) Software Engineering Process (SEP). This includes: (1)the analysis and written response to the customer of Program Incident Reports (PIRs) and Test Incident Reports (TIRs), (2) the analysis of new and existing computer software programs and additional requirements, and design and implementation of modifications to the software to meet those requirements, (3) requirements specification, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration testing of computer software programs, (4) database administration, system technical support, and training user personnel to satisfy customer needs. The Contractor shall not perform the user acceptance testing but shall provide consultation to the user to facilitate the tests. A Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) with technical acceptable 8A SET ASIDE contractor will be selected using source selection procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 and the price will be compared against the Government estimate. The NAICS Code 541513. The size standard is $18,000,000.00. A draft Request for Proposal is scheduled for release on or about Oct 29, 2007.
