Description

Note: It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in multiple awards; therefore, a minimum of one award will be setaside for an 8(a) Business Concern and one award will be setaside for a Hubzone Business Concern; up to five (5) contract awar ds can be made from this solicitation. The remainder awards will be unrestricted and subject to FAR 19.10, The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; however, there will be no price preference for Hubzone Business Concerns for unrestricted awards. All awards will be made on a competitive basis using best value procedures and what is most advantageous to the Government. Description: Reference Solicitation Number W91248-08-R-0002 that was posted in FedBizOpps on 11 November 2007 is changed as follows: Solicitation will issue on/about 23 January 2008 with a proposed closing date of 22 February 2008, 2:00 PM CT. Guaranteed minimum per contract per year is estimated at $5,000.00. The maximum estimated value over the life of the contract is $ 125 Million; a total of five years is contemplated (base and four option periods). NAICS are 236, 237, and 238 subsectors/$31 Million.
