- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with XSYS Print Solutions for 200 ea, plates blank offset BASF WS II 73 W 29.72 inch x 33.07 inch. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
