Description: The Strategic Information (SI) Advisor will work with the United States Government?s (USG?s) President?s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief or Emergency Plan (PEPFAR) Team on HIV/AIDS activities and programs in Rwanda. Strategic Information (SI) encompasses surveillance, monitoring and evaluation, targeted evaluations, and information systems and is a cornerstone of the USG President?s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief for ensuring progress toward the Emergency Plan targets.
