- IQC 007354009011, 5961-01-186-9693. Approved source(s): Microsemi Corp - Lawrence (43611) P/N JANTXV2N6287. The requirement is for up to 250 each in 120 days and each additional 100 each or less every 30 days thereafter. Shipping locations within the continental United States are to be specified in each delivery order. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). Prices are requested for various ranges for the base year and one option year. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https: //www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 28 January 2008. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. The quantity to be ordered and the ship site will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
