- PR No: IQC07289009033. This solicitation will contain one NSN for: Aircraft, SOF (AC-130H, MC-130H, EC-130E, HC-130, MC-130W) Transmitter, Liquid. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-08-R-0126 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). This award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows for NSN 6680-01-148-5818, Base Year 70 each, Option Year EAQ: 70 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 52 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
