- This is an acquisition to obtain firm fixed price for a repair contract for the following items applicable to the MC-130E Combat Talon I Aircraft: Item 0001: NSN 1680-01-382-8561LG, Part Number: 318001, Noun: Winch Aircraft Mount, Quantity 2 ea. Item 0002: Data IAW DD Form 1423-1. There will be a basic contract with 2 (two) options of 1-2 and 1 each respectively. Sole Source to Breeze-Eastern Corporation, 700 Liberty Avenue, Union NJ 07083-8107 CAGE: 08484, Authority 10 USC 2304 ( C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
