SOLICITATION NUMBER: W67K27-7003-0002 QUOTE DUE DATE: 22 January 2008 POC: Linda Duvall, Contrac ting Officer, (801)523-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitu tes the only solicitation, quotes are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 423410, size standard is 100 Employees. REQUIREMENT: Three (3) Sony HD Camcorder w/8GB Card, Part #PMW-EX1-UC; Six (6) 14.4 Battery 56wh for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) Fig Rig Camera Holder for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) Kata Back Pack (Z1U) w/Trolley for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) Short Shotgun Electret Condenser Cam Mic for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) ME2 Omni Camera Pack Freq B, Wireless, for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) 77MM UV Haze Filter for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) LP-Micro on Camera Light for EX1 Camcorder; Three (3) LCD/Plasma/TV Cleaning Solution for EX1 Camcorder. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for th is procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
