- This requirement is for a pallet conveyor system for Central Receiving in Building 1C - Bay 6 at TOBYHANNA Army Depot (TYAD) for verifying and receiving of larger and heavier material as it arrives at TYAD. The conveyor shall be capable of supporting and transporting a 48 W X 40 D pallet that is loaded to a maximum of 2000 lbs. The pallet conveyor system shall be a fully automatic powered conveyor system. The main conveyor shall be chain driven live roller conveyor designed for zero back pressure accu mulation of pallets, achieved electronically. System shall contain reversible roller transfer conveyors allow the pallets to be transported off of the main line conveyor and on to a drag chain conveyor to be transported between ASRS workstations and back t o main conveyor. The conveyor shall be supported from the floor with channel support structure capable of leveling the conveyor on an unleveled concrete floor and shall be spaced to provide the maximum load capacity. Delivery and installation of the convey or system shall be within sixteen calendar weeks of date of contract award. One year warranty for both parts and labor on-site at TYAD is required. NAICS is 238290. (Conveyor System Installation), average annual receipts $13 MILLION. Solicitation number W2 5G1V-08-R-0002 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial items and services.
