Description: The U.S. EPA, Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM), Facilities Management Division (FMD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with DCT, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 for an additional one-month extension period under Contract 68-C-03-017 for on-site operations and maintenance services pending award of a follow-on contract. The current contract is scheduled to expire on 1/31/08. It is expected that a follow-on contract will be awarded by February 29, 2008 as a result of Solicitation No. PR-CI-07-10484.
