Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to replace 2 (two ) blowers, two butterfly valves, 2 (two ) check valves and 2 (two) flexible joints with expendable items in the Trichloroethylene (TCE) Removal Tower at Bldg 102-5, Sagami General Depot in accordance with the Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendix (commercial and local standards).
