Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each, 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to the approved source Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code: 97499 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this par t from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
