- U.S. Government SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE STUART, FL REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 13,272 rentable square feet of office space consisting of approximately 11,541 usable square feet of office and related space available in Stuart, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The Government will consider new construction. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: South: Kanner Highway to Salerno Road North: SW Martin Downs to SW Monterey Road West: Florida?s Turnpike East: SW Federal Highway REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 16 structured parking spaces in addition to local code requirements shall be offered. TERM: The lese term will be ten (10) years with five (5) years firm for an existing building. However, the Government will consider a term of ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm for new construction. The required occupancy date is July 1, 2008. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by September 5, 2007. Owners and exclusive agents only.
