- A. THIS SOLICITATION REPLACED FA8204-07-R-20310 IN ITS ENTIRETY. FA8204-07-R-20310 requirements (tractor trucks)were consolidated into this solicitation. This solicitation was previously posted as a proposed sole source to AAI Corporation, Hunt Valley MD. PR Number(s): FD20200720309 and FD20200720310 were affiliated with this requirement. The government now believes they possess all of the data required to competively acquire these products. All interested firms may respond to this request for proposals. All companies are advised there will be first article testing and acceptance required prior to full production of the quantities required by the government. B. This requirement is for Missile Transport Tractors, NSN 1450-01-388-3383AH, and Missile Transporter Trailers, NSN 1450-01-387-0971AH, compliant with all the requirements contained in the applicable drawings, specifications, and the Statement of Work. 1. Manufacturer, including part number, drawing number, etc: AAI Corporation; part numbers 63983-40001-10 and 63983-40000-30; drawing number 63983-40001. 3. Quantity, including any options for additional quantities: line item 0001 (1st Article), 1 EA, line item 0002 (1st Article), 1 EA, line item 0003, 5 EA, line item 0004, 5 EA, line item 0005, 5 EA, line item 0006, 5 EA. The government intends to have line items 0006 and 0007, 4 EA, as optional quantity line items and may award them as all, some, or none at the time of award or subsequent to contract award, based on availability of funds. Unit of issue. EA 4. Destination information. Testing and acceptance will occur at the contractor's facilities. 5. Delivery schedule: 1st Article: 365 calendar days after award of contract. Additional line items: 365 days after acceptance of 1st Article. 6. Duration of the Contract Period. 30 Months. 7.
