- NSN 5998-01-398-1851, IQC07341009010, Circuit Card Assembly. This requirement is for a long term contract, estimated annual requirement of 173 each. Item is solicited under other than full and open competition citing 10 USC 2304(c). The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Min order quantity: 21 each. Max order quantity: 173 each. Average order quantity is 21 each. Delivery is 21 per month beginning 90 days after date of contract.
