- NSN 1560-01-221-1283, PR 0017200608; Item: Stringer, Aircraft. This is a 1G fully competitive technical data package. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in cFolders. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price purchase order with a 100% option. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control. The technical data package is subject to Export Control Certification requirements. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Government First Article Testing applies to this procurement. The first article unit is due 90 days from date of award. Production line item delivery is 205 days after acceptance of the first article unit. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Only offers received from small businesses will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 02/05/08, the close date is 03/06/08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
