- Description
- The VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to enter into a sole source contract with Ginger Hughes, an independent consultant under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services shall satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-22. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541612 and the Small Business Standard is $6.5 million. Request for Proposal Number is VA-262-08-RQ-0128LG. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for period of six (6) months with base period of performance commencing approximately February 4, 2008 through approximately July 31, 2008 with four (4) six (6) month renewal options. The Contractor shall perform a full range of activities necessary to provide HR Consultant Services to the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, CA 92161. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
