Description

The Government intends to solicit Maranatha Industries, Payne, Ohio for the purchase of 6000 each COTS/NDI Handsets (H-250EBVC), NSN: 5965-01-549-6390 and 3000 each COTS/NDI Earphone Plugs (HS0071), NSN: 5965-01-549-9318 under Solicitation: W15P7T- 08-R-G011. The delivery schedule for this effort is 1000 each for each product within 90 days of contract award and 1000 each, each month thereafter until completion. The Government will solicit this effort on a sole source basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. The Government does not possess a technical data package for this purchase. Any responsible contractor may submit a proposal in response to this request for proposal (RFP), for consideration by the Government. The RFP will be posted on the CECOM LCMCs Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 28 January, 2008. You can register for a User ID and password under USER SERVICES, New User Registration, on the left side of the screen. Note #22, pertaining to sole source acquisitions, is applicable.
