Questions for W912DQ-08-R-0020 02 Jan 08 email Question: Please identify specific examples of intended applications for hyperspectral services. Answer: Invasive species and other vegetative species classification and detection needs. 02 Jan 08 email Q: Please provide additional information on the specialized experience required to perform the requirements listed in 3.A.1. A: In general this requirement involves scanning and geo-referencing historic aerial ph otography and maps only available in hardcopy form such as paper, mylar, contact prints, negatives, and other media. Some documents that have either deteriorated or are of historic value may require the contractor to perform document preservation. 0 8 Jan 08 email and 07 Jan 08 email Q: Is it permissible to include representative projects greater than $500,000 in Block F? A: The District requests that firms include no more than two projects greater than $500,000 in Block F. <B R>08 Jan 08 email Q: The solicitation requests presentation of three organization charts. Should resumes of team members not involved in those three project teams also be included? A: Resumes of all proposed team members should be included in the appropriate block of the SF330. The intent of the organizational charts is to evaluate the offer's key team members with respect to aerial photography production, GIS systems implementation, and topographic survey. The composition of these three teams should be limited to the number of positions and types of positions listed in the solicitation for each team. Q: Is it acceptable to show some overlap of personnel for the teams presented in the organization charts? A: It is acceptable. < BR>Q: Is the request for 10 representative projects (10 total) or ten projects for each of the three project teams (30 total)? A: The request is for 10 total representative projects.
