- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other services necessary to support the Air Force Education Services at Bolling AFB, Washington, DC, and the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Contractor is to perform as Assistant Education Advisor Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Air Force Institute For Advance Distributed Learning (AFIADL) and Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) Test Administrator; Assistant Education Advisor, Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Program Manager; Assistant Education Advisor/Centralized Tuition Assistance Program Manager; Air Force Institute Technology (AFIT) Air Force Institute of Technology Training Network (ATN) Distance Learning/Tech Center Administrator; Assistant Education Advisor/Learning Center Program Manager; Assistant Education Advisor/Professional Military Education (PME) Program Manager; Assistant Education Advisor/Outreach Program Manager; Assistant Education Advisor/Distance Learning Program Manager; Assistant Education Advisor/General Education Program Manager; and the Assistant Education Advisor Assistant-AFIT ATN, Administrator-Learning Center Test Proctor Services. Testing programs shall include all computer based DLPT 5, DANTES sponsored exams including CLEP, DANTES DSST, SAT, GRE, GMAT, PRAXIS and ASE. In addition, test programs will include the ACT, Excelsior and other designated academic Distance Learning (DL) testing from institutions, Colleges and Universities. All positions require completion of AFAEMS (Version 2.50) Training and Technical Certification. The above services will be on an AS CALL BASIS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 at $6.5 Million Size Standard. The proposed acquisition requirement is Set Aside 100% for Small Business. Period of performance is eleven months (1 November 2007 through 30 September 2008) with four (4) option years. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or about 1 October 2007, http://www.fbo.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective Offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site.
